ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, son daughter of Kalimantan and Sulawesi regions that have the potential and ambition. With the training and development programs during the 12-month intensive and be assigned as an assistant manager at the work unit SMEC, which is in BII branch network in Kalimantan and Sulawesi, to later be developed into future leaders of the future of BI.

Requirements:
1. Min. S1 graduates from all majors
2. GPA min 2.75
3. Age max 26 years to 29 for S1 and S2
4. Target-oriented work
5. Interpersonal skills and have good negotiation
