PT Voksel Electric Tbk established on 19 April 1971 in Jakarta, is one of the leading cable manufacturers in Indonesia. The company scope of business includes manufacturing power, telecommunication and fiber optic cables for both local and export.
In 1989, PT Voksel Electric Tbk changed its status from domestic to foreign capital investment following its joint venture with Showa Electric Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., Japan and became a public company listed in Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange since 20 December 1990.
Corporate Secretary
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the organization’s official and legal documents and records according to the principles of good governance and to comply with relevant laws and regulators.
* As secretary to the board of Directors, prepare Board meeting agendas, compile information packages for Board members, and prepare the official minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
* Contribute to a positive relationship between the organizations and itâ�‚��„�s shareholders by organizing and preparing documentations for shareholder meetings and responding to shareholder request for information.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date shareholder lists and registrations and advise officers of significant changes or developments in share/stock ownership and control.
Requirements:
* Maximum ages 30 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university
* Excellent in Microsoft Office
* Strong in communication skill
* Good Manner
* Having knowledge about Financial Statement Analysis
* Familiar with Financial Management
