Requirements:
You should at least present five (5) years experience in a directorship post in a factory operations with a proven track record of delivery and results gained from a food processing/ manufacturing set up
The following qualifications are likewise sought:
An engineering and/or finance/accounting degree holder
Possesses high level of maturity and can command respect with good problem solving, negotiation and convincing abilities
High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company’s corporate values of empowerment and trust
An effective team LEADER who can work with and as part of a team with good interpersonal and managerial skills
Ability to evaluate and minimize risks, as well as understand the quality management system; and
Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage
