*A. Lean Manufacturing Engineer (2 post)–> Code LME
*Responsibilities :
1. To plans, evaluates and execute all project related to Lean
Manufacturing, quality improvement of product and/or equipment,
improvements of safety standards and/ or cost/waste reduction
2. To support and ensure optimum performance of production activities in
term of operational efficiency, availability and reliability, in
compliance with company strategy, business plans and goals to achieve
target key performance indicator
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in Engineering
(preferably electrical/IT, mechanical, industrial and chemical eng.)
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Lean MNF activities
3. Good understanding about Lean MNF concepts and practices
4. Good communication English
5. Mature with strong personality
6. Able to work independtly and also in a team
*B. EHS Engineer (2 post)–> Code EHS

Responsibilities:
1.To identify, analyze Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues, and
provide recommendations to EHS Manager in order to support the
development and improvement of EHS policies and procedures
2.Ensure the workplace health and safety by implementing EHS policy and
procedure 3.Ensure all employees’ activities and working environments
are in line with our EHS Management System and comply to local regulations
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in any discipline
in Mechanical, Chemical , Environmental, Electrical Engineering,
Occupational Safety and Health
2. Minimum 3 years progressive experience in the area of EHS with at
least 1 years experience in managing EHS programs
3. Solid technical knowledge and skills in EHS practices
4. Solid knowledge in international and local EHS law and regulations
5. Basic knowledge in tobacco and cigarette processing
5. Spoke and written in English fluently
*C. Logistic & Distribution Analyst –> Code LDA

Main responsibility: To be responsible for implementation of planning,
development, coordination, and evaluation of all logistics and
distribution operational
Requirement:
1. minimum 2 years experience in Logistics and Distribution
2. Has solid knowledge of Logistics Management
3. Computer literate, with Microsoft office applications
4. Able to speak English
*D. Procurement Executive –> Code PE

Main responsibility: To perform the procurement process of materials
and/or services within the defined quantity, specification, lead-time
and direction from Manager Procurement Strategic Sourcing in order
execute procurement plan.
Requirement:
1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in any discipline
in engineering and economic.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Manufacturing
3. Computer literate, with Microsoft office applications
4. Good communication in English and also negotiation skill
5. Posses Integrity, analytical and Learning Capability

*E. Quality Engineer –> Code QE

Responsibilities:
1. The management of the Quality Assurance Support function which is
aimed at monitoring and supporting product and process quality. This
includes ensuring all key parameters affecting product quality are
analyzed, improvement opportunities are identified and action in
conjunction with Production personnel.
2. Assisting in the overall management, maintenance and improvement of
quality systems in Operations such as GMP’s, ISO 9000 and Infestation
Control Program; the management of product specifications; QA
Instrument and support training for QA and production personnel; the
coordination of product development activities; and the provision of an
auditing function to service quality
Requirement:
1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in any discipline
in science and eng. (preferably chemistry, chemical engineering, statistic)
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance
3. Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all
levels in the organization
4. Posses problem-solving skills, Planning and organizing skills
5. Excellent teamwork skills; ability to lead and work in a team
6. Integrity and high level of professionalism
7. Posses knowledge of Statistical Process Control
8. Posses data analysis and statistic skills
9. Posses Design of experiments skills, Report writing skills and
Auditing skills
10. Basic knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and OSHAS 18001
11. Knowledge in QA Instruments
12. Knowledge of Document Control Procedures
